So I looked on the net today, in the hope that something this time flying the months (see bearable sometimes, when I my time is so bad that sick) and I came into the so-called progesterone cream. I've tried Midol, ibuprofein, Pamprin, paracetamol, hot packs, herbal teas, and everything else helps. Does that mean progesterone hardware? Is it healthy for young people to use? Do you have a recipe for it?
